Cheng Chao-an is a young man who moves to Thailand to work at an ice factory, where his cousins are employed. Sworn to a vow of non-violence, Cheng tries to keep out of trouble. However, when his cousins mysteriously disappear after discovering that the factory is a front for drug trafficking, Cheng is forced to break his vow.
