The painter and activist Bettina Behrend travels to the untouched jungles of Australia and Ecuador. She wants to listen to people who live in connection with nature.
In Australia she meets Aborigines and the environmentalist John Seed.
In Ecuador you meet indigenous people like Patricia Gualinga and Wia Kawia (photo) but also those involved in the Los Cedros court case - for the first time nature has own rights in court! On the trip, Bettina learns about ways to save the rainforest. How important it is to adopt the perspective of the indigenous people who see nature as their mother! Reconnect with nature, we don't have much time left!

Die Malerin und Aktivistin Bettina Behrend reist nach Australien und Ecuador in den unberührten Dschungel. Sie möchte den Menschen zuhören, die selbst in Verbindung mit der Natur leben. In Australien trifft sie Aborigines und den Umweltschützer John Seed.
